How do I reset my password?

You can request to reset your password on our login page under Account on the main dashboard. If you are still unable to login, either access the chat bot at the bottom right hand of the screen or email our team at [email protected]. Include your name, your course or membership, and the email address you used to sign up. Our team is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM CST and will respond promptly as possible.

Your course login information normally arrives in your email inbox within 2-5 minutes after purchase. Be sure to check your spam folder and if you can still not locate your login information, reach out to our team using the chat box on the bottom right hand side of the screen or by email at [email protected]. Include your name, your course or membership, and the email address you used to sign up. Our team is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM CST and will respond promptly as possible.

You can login to your course by accessing our login page. You’ll want to have your user id and password handy. Your login page also provides you an option to reset your password as needed.

As a new student to Ace the HR Exam, click into the Ace the HR Exam course and begin with lesson 1: welcome video. It’s here you’ll get access to important links, information, and resources that are essential to beginning the course. Once you have viewed the welcome video, please move to the pre-study assessment and take that before moving forward with the rest of the course.

Our mobile app is accessible on IOS or Google Play. Search for Workology, download the app, and using your login and password information you will be able to access our learning portal and your course.

Jess offers a limited number of 1 on 1 study prep sessions. You can click here to purchase and schedule a session with her. Students who are enrolled for 90 days with Ace the HR Exam will receive a bonus study session with Jess which is a $200 value.

To report a bug or error on the course, visit the “Get Help” section of the dashboard and submit your report. Please include screenshots and a short description of the information so our team can review and if needed correct the error. Please include your contact information so we can reach out to you if we have further questions.

You can update your personal information including your email, phone number, billing address and other information under Account on your Dashboard. If you need further assistance or support please use the “Get Help” button to contact our team.

If you need to cancel your subscription or make a change to your billing information or account, log in and under your Dashboard you can make changes to and if needed cancel your account. If you need further assistance or support please use the “Get Help” button to contact our team.

Our learning programs have both monthly and annual subscriptions and the payment method you signed up with will be charged monthly or annually accordingly. If you would like to change your payment method or cancel your subscription, you can do so in the dashboard.
